1. What SmartPanel IPTV is

SmartPanel IPTV ("the Service") is a media player application for LG webOS Smart TVs together with a web-based playlist management panel. The Service allows you to load and organize your own IPTV playlists (M3U or Xtream Codes format) on your paired TV.

2. No content is provided

The Service does not include, supply, host, sell, promote, or endorse any television channels, streams, video content, or subscriptions of any kind. The Service is a player and a configuration tool only. Any content you watch through the Service comes exclusively from playlist sources that you add yourself.

You are solely responsible for the playlists and content you load, and for ensuring that your use of that content complies with the laws of your country and the terms of your content provider. We have no affiliation with, and accept no responsibility for, any third-party content provider.

3. Licenses and activation

Certain features require a per-device license code. Licenses are limited to the number of devices stated at issuance, are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise, and may be revoked in cases of abuse, fraud, or chargeback.

4. Pair codes

Your TV is identified by a pair code displayed on screen. Anyone who has this code can view and modify the playlists configured for that TV. Keep it private. We are not responsible for changes made by third parties who obtained your pair code.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to infringe intellectual-property rights or violate any applicable law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer the Service's backend, or access other users' devices or data.
• Do not resell access to the Service without written permission.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. Playlist synchronization depends on your network and third-party sources we do not control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or unavailability of content arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; you can remove your playlists via the panel.
